05ABOUT
PROFILE / 001

HOW I APPROACH IT

Hands-on experience.
Business-minded leadership.

I started in hands-on IT support, where technology is immediate: something breaks, someone needs help, and the solution has to work. That experience shaped how I still approach IT today—with an emphasis on reliability, clear communication, and understanding the people behind the systems.

As my career progressed, that hands-on foundation expanded into infrastructure, IT operations, security governance, audit readiness, vendor management, and technology leadership. I enjoy working at the intersection of those responsibilities: staying close enough to the technology to understand the details while keeping decisions aligned with business needs.

I also believe technical growth should continue beyond the job. My homelab gives me a place to build, break, troubleshoot, and operate technologies firsthand—then carry what I learn back into the way I think about real-world IT environments.
